| A Capital Works Projects Unit, within the Service Division has been established to cater for upgrades, modifications and additions to your buildings. With this unit, we aim to remove the risk and the burden of such projects that would otherwise be internally conducted by our clients, often at a substantial cost penalty due to the complexity of coordination and management of multiple trades and disciplines
Services to be provided are listed below:
- Engineering Design
- Detailed Estimating & Cost Control
- Coordination of all the required services and sub-contractors
- Managing of Environmental and OH&S plans throughout the project phase
- Commissioning of the system upon completion of the installation to the design requirements
- Compiling system operation and maintenance manuals inclusive of all drawings,
- Ensure that Practical Completion sign off is completed in conjunction with the client requirements
